- Support Business Development Directors and Principals with lead generation, appointment setting, sales closing, follow-up and monitoring of business development matters.
- Ensure prospect priorities are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Report proactively on prospect status to the Client Services Team Leader.
- Make outgoing customer and cold calls to sell products and services.
- Arrange meetings for Directors and Principals with prospective clients.
- Enter customer information accurately and efficiently into Salesforce.
- Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with them.
- Assist sales colleagues with arranging customer meetings and sales calls.
- Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback.
- Maintain thorough and current knowledge of Ryan's products and services and industry developments.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to create and manage sales campaigns.

Requirements

- 2 years sales or telemarketing, ideally in a role selling to the finance and tax teams.
- Understanding of Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Use of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce, is an advantage.




- Ability to interact with employees and clients in person and via email and telephone.
- Ability to accommodate occasional out-of-hours calls across different time zones.
