No previous insurance experience is necessary we provide the training and guidance to help you get started.This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with people, and wants to build professional experience in a sales and client-service environment.Position OverviewBenefit Enrolment Agents work directly with eligible members to help them understand and access their available benefit options. Youll guide clients through the enrolment process, answer questions, and help them select coverage based on their individual circumstances.ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled phone and virtual meetings with eligible membersGuide clients through available benefit and insurance optionsExplain plan features, coverage details, and eligibility in a straightforward mannerHelp members complete the enrolment and application processAnswer questions and address concerns throughout the enrolment experienceMaintain regular communication with clients and follow up when neededKeep client information and documentation organized and up to dateProvide a professional and positive customer experienceParticipate in team meetings, training,
