Your main responsibilities:
Greet customers at the dealership (and refer them to sales consultants);
Coordinate and supervise every step of the in-house sales process;
Conduct trade-in vehicle appraisals;
Close sales transactions (“T.O.”).
Authorizing transactions;
Following up on dealership visits with sales consultants;
Coaching and developing the sales team;

Salary of 120K+ per year with performance bonuses (based on experience)
