Job Title: General Labourer / Delivery Helper
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: 8:00 a.m. start
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

The General Labourer / Delivery Helper will assist with loading, unloading, moving materials, and supporting deliveries as required. This role involves hands-on physical work, maintaining a clean and secure work area, and following instructions from supervisors and team members.

This position requires someone who is reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and comfortable performing general labour duties throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Assist with deliveries and operate company vehicles as required
Move, organize, and handle materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area




Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Perform other general labour duties as assigned

Requirements
Previous general labour, warehouse, delivery, or moving experience considered an asset
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record required for delivery driving
Physically able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
Comfortable performing hands-on physical work
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
