This role is designed for a seasoned consultant experienced in hands-on manufacturing planning. Over a 20+ week engagement, you will assess, redesign, and implement improvements in planning processes. Collaborate with client teams to resolve material shortages and scheduling volatility effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and redesign production planning processes - Analyze planned orders, shortages, and exception messages - Improve production-order planning and scheduling rules - Work with planners,
schedulers, and operations leadership - Communicate progress and findings to client executives
Requirements: - Extensive experience in aerospace or manufacturing planning - Solid knowledge of multi-level BOMs and capacity planning - Proficiency in ERP systems like Infor LN or SAP - Excellent facilitation and executive-presentation skills - Must be a Canadian citizen for security clearance
