Eckler is seeking an Actuarial Consultant for its Group Benefits Practice. This hybrid role focuses on providing expert advice on group employee benefits plans.
As an Actuarial Consultant at Eckler, you will undertake significant actuarial projects related to group insurance and employee benefits. You'll leverage sophisticated valuation software and contribute to the enhancement of tools for post-employment and workers' compensation valuations. Your role also includes involvement in group insurance renewals and the management of client communications across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support to the national team of consultants
• Manage and analyze group benefits plans in various sectors




• Mentor and coach junior analysts within the practice
• Collaborate with insurance providers in the Canadian market
• Present key findings in client meetings
Requirements:
• 4+ years of consulting or insurance experience
• ASA/ACIA designation or working toward FSA/FCIA
• Solid communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
