About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and technically adept Field Service and Installation Coordinator to join their operations in Kimberley , working under a hybrid model. This role is pivotal in managing the scheduling and execution of field service and installation tasks. You will liaunt between clients, field technicians, and internal support teams to ensure efficient service delivery and timely installations. The position requires excellent communication, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics effectively, blending remote administrative duties with essential field oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate field service appointments and installation projects.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests and installation schedules.
- Dispatch technicians to job sites and ensure they have the necessary information and resources.
- Monitor the progress of field operations and provide updates to clients and management.
- Assist in troubleshooting field issues remotely when required.




- Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and technician performance.

Requirements

- Proven experience in coordination , scheduling, or logistics within a field service or installation environment.
- Strong understanding of technical service operations and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and standard office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with technicians and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid work structure.
