As a Project Coordinator, you will support our team by managing documentation, coordinating with subtrades, and tracking project timelines. This role requires a candidate who can effectively handle administrative tasks, maintain inventory orders, and assist in preparing detailed project estimates for various civil works.

You will also ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain documentation and communications with construction teams
Execute timely orders for necessary materials
Create and update project logs on progress
Facilitate administrative support for the Site Supervisor
Conduct quantity take-offs and evaluate bids

Requirements:
Proven experience in project coordination in construction
Proficient in Office 365
Understanding of OHSA and WHMIS regulations
Robust organizational and leadership skills
Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle
