Provide travelling counselling and case management services
Create and implement treatment plans based on assessments
Manage risk factors and develop safety strategies
Conduct group therapy and community wellness workshops
Maintain thorough documentation of clinical recordsRequirements:
At least one year of relevant counselling experience
Completion of mental health diploma or equivalent
Registration as a psychotherapist in Ontario
Knowledge of First Nations mental health issues
