Salary Range: $24.00 To $30.00 Hourly

Sunny Shores Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our patient centered, fast paced clinic in Kamloops.

This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is confident managing a busy schedule, prioritizing efficiency, and delivering a professional patient experience.

SCHEDULE
32–40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage front desk operations in a busy practice setting
Coordinate and optimize provider schedules
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
Handle patient communications professionally
Process insurance claims, payments, and treatment estimates




Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous dental reception or dental administration experience is preferred
Medical office or hospital administration experience will also be considered an asset
Experience with Power Practice is considered an asset
Solid understanding of scheduling, insurance, and patient coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Qualified, dependable, and detail-oriented
