We are supporting a boutique Corporate & Estates Planning law firm based in Vancouver in their search for an Estates Planning Lawyer.

About the Role:

They are looking for an Estates Planning Lawyer to take ownership over files, and to develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead Legacy Workshop Sessions for business owners, specialists, and families with real planning needs.
Design and deliver Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, corporate Wills, trusts, and beneficiary planning.
Make a transparent scope and fee recommendation, and help clients make decisions.
Coordinate with accountants, financial advisors, and our own corporate lawyers while staying the client's main point of contact.
Maintain and grow referral partner relationships that bring valuable clients through the door.
Complete the Will Signing and stay in the client relationship for years, with the support of our team and systems.
