(labelled A–F) for that matterMake
five head-to-head comparisons
against a common comparator outputWrite a short, specific rationale for every preferencePractice scope
Acqui-hire merger review, seller disclosure schedules, Rule 144A/Reg S closing opinions, and Series B venture financing opinions.Requirements
Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in the areas aboveAble to judge work product holistically — correctness, completeness, judgment, usefulnessPrecise written EnglishAble to work independently to written instructions and a deadlineLogistics
