Full-Time Bartender — Las Margaritas Restaurant

Las Margaritas Restaurant is looking for an experienced and energetic Full time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.

The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, taking care of guests, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently.
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift.
Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol-service regulations.
Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
Handle multiple orders and guest requests effectively during busy periods.
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff,



and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or similar workplace.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient during busy shifts.
Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean workspace.
Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcohol.
