Our front-of-house team, led by Restaurant Director Jeffrey Pauls, is passionate about delivering an unparalleled level of hospitality set within Marilena’s warm, contemporary dining room anchored by an open concept kitchen.
JOB SUMMARY:
Our Food Expeditors are the crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring food is prepared and delivered properly and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain the effective flow of kitchen orders to service
Ensure the accuracy, presentation,
and temperature of dishes prior to delivery
Assist with delivering dishes to the table when required
Maintain constant communication between the service staff and kitchen

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior restaurant experience, within a premium hospitality workplace being strongly preferred
Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications
Robust verbal and written English communication skills
Extremely well organized and able to work at speed and deal with high volume
High attention to detail
Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast pace environment
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
