In this critical role, you will report to the Director of People Systems, ensuring the seamless operation of systems and workflows that impact the entire employee lifecycle. Your expertise in HRIS, ATS, and data analytics will enable you to refine processes, build reports, and collaborate across departments, including IT and Finance.

Key Responsibilities: • Own and improve People workflows and operations • Administer HRIS, ATS, and employee survey platforms • Build dashboards and reports addressing business needs • Ensure data privacy and manage confidential information • Design and implement talent management programs
