About the Role

Our client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to specialize in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. This office-based role in Kimberley will involve sourcing and placing talent for sales, marketing, and operational roles within the dynamic FMCG industry. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, building strong client and candidate relationships, and contributing to the continued success of the consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles, including sales representatives, brand managers, and supply chain professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients in the FMCG sector across the Northern Cape.
- Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ensuring a good fit for client requirements and company culture.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities,



and compensation benchmarks within the FMCG industry.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on or strong interest in the FMCG sector.
- Understanding of sales, marketing, and operational roles within the FMCG market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
