In this position, reporting directly to the Workday Manager, the Workday Analyst is tasked with enhancing Workday HCM, Absence, and Recruiting functionalities. The right candidate will have a solid background in HRIS and will excel in collaboration and communication, fostering improvements in work processes and system operations while supporting stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and support Workday user inquiries • Configure and manage business process workflows • Create and maintain comprehensive Workday reports • Coordinate data retrieval with payroll teams • Document business processes for compliance and governance

Requirements: • At least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience • Expertise in producing reports and dashboards • Familiarity with EIB for data management • Degree/diploma in Human Resources or equivalent • Strong verbal skills for stakeholder engagement
