Join our team as a Nutrition Program Assistant at schools in Okotoks and surrounding areas. This temporary part-time role focuses on food preparation, serving, and maintaining protected dining environments.
We are seeking candidates for several locations, including École Good Shepherd School and St. Mary’s School. The position requires preparing and serving meals, monitoring student conduct during meals, and maintaining accurate records of food inventory. You will also foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Catholic values of our schools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize food deliveries and set up serving areas
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring resource mindfulness
• Supervise students during meal service and activities




• Reconcile purchase receipts in BMO Spend Dynamics
• Maintain safety and cleanliness according to health standards
Requirements:
• Sensitivity to Catholic beliefs and practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Food Services Certification required
• Experience with volunteer coordination a plus
• Availability for 5 to 23 hours per week
