Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Marketing positions, from entry-level to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in commercial sectors.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for their suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active sales and marketing professionals.




- Negotiate offers of employment and manage the candidate journey to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights on compensation trends for sales and marketing roles.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing placements.
- Proven success in recruiting for roles such as Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing Directors, and Brand Managers.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
