Provide technical guidance, coaching and management of claims staff Support the Claims unit and serve as the first line of conversation for the adjudication team Ensure efficient and prompt service in the investigation, analysis, and settlement of claims Track Key Performance Indicators Ensure claims are adjudicated in a timely and accurate manner Build and maintain team engagement Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic initiatives and new adjudicating methods Requirements
Post-Secondary Education, ideally in an Insurance focused program or related program Completed or working towards the CIP designation Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty industry Minimum of 3-5 years of claims leadership/mentorship experience Strong adjusting background with in-depth knowledge of CGL and Auto BI Robust technical skills with MS Office Suite Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Legal Counsel Core Competencies
