We are seeking a Service Technician to join our dynamic team in . In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our interior projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities*

* Perform interior repairs and maintenance on various projects with precision and efficiency.
* Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute tasks.
* Apply skills such as carpentry, caulking, and painting to ensure high-quality finishes.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.




* Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
* Assist in project setup and cleanup as needed.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of caulking, painting, and blueprint reading.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Handyman experience is considered an asset.
* Valid driver’s license is preferred.
