As a Package Handler, you will work in a dynamic warehouse setting, unloading trailers and verifying shipments. Key skills include manual handling, operating powered jacks, and using handheld devices to manage parcels. Your contributions directly impact our last-mile logistics operation, emphasizing accuracy and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload and verify freight against the manifest
• Organize and receive shipments with manual jacks
• Sort and handle packages based on the sort plan
• Stage freight in designated load-out areas
• Conduct safety inspections and housekeeping
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kg
• Adaptable availability of at least 3 days per week
• Certification for power/manual jack operation
• Motivated and team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in warehouse operations an asset
