As a Service Experience Assistant, you'll be a key resource for students, providing support on essential services such as health and dental plans, food security, and event logistics. Working under the guidance of the Associate Executive Director and member services coordinator, the role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication with students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly support at the service desk
• Process payments and complete transactions
• Promote CSU services and events to students
• Lead planning for drop-in programming and events
• Track feedback on programming and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Current Capilano University student
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least six months of service delivery experience
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Availability of at least 20 hours on weekdays
