You must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and hold a Smart Serve Certification. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with knowledge of Windows applications is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure total customer satisfaction with every interaction
• Assist customers in selecting products and providing information




• Support product shipments and maintain cleanliness of displays
• Handle cash payments and accurately balance the till
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Smart Serve Certification is a must
• Experience with point of sale systems an asset
• Ability to lift 40lbs regularly
• Flexibility to work various shifts
