The Program Director for Community and Secondary School-Based Mental Health Services will manage critical outreach programs aimed at supporting youth and families. This full time leadership role requires robust clinical supervision of counseling staff and a commitment to delivering impactful mental health services. Your dedication will contribute to community resilience and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and direct services for secondary schools
• Implement and evaluate service plans and strategies
• Support counselors in effective case management




• Engage with school districts to optimize service delivery
• Manage administrative and reporting requirements
Requirements:
• MSW or a master’s degree in a relevant field
• 4 years of clinical experience in mental health
• Experience supervising similar community services
• Knowledge of strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
• Valid BC Driver's License and criminal record check
Serve as a pivotal figure in improving youth mental health outcomes in Kelowna while fostering a culture of belonging and equity.
