Join Fairmont Chateau Whistler as a Wedding Sales Manager, focusing on luxury weddings and leisure travel partnerships. Drive revenue by leading sales initiatives from inquiry to contracting.
This full-time role reports to the Director of Group Sales and the Director of Sales & Marketing. You’ll be pivotal in generating new business through planners and industry referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to create exceptional client experiences at one of Canada's premier mountain resorts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead wedding sales from initial inquiry to contracting
• Generate recent business through planners and industry connections
• Conduct property tours and create compelling proposals




• Build relationships with wedding planners and vendors
• Support luxury leisure and consortia sales strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality
• Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of luxury travel consortia networks is a plus
• Strong presentation and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
