- Role Description This full-time, in office Automotive Technician (310S/Red Seal) role is based in North York, Burlington, London ON. We are offering $50-$60/hour (not flat rate).

The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, conduct inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include performing oil changes, brake services, suspension work, and general maintenance and repair on a variety of vehicles. The role also involves using diagnostic tools, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating clearly with service advisors or supervisors about required work and timelines. The technician will follow shop procedures, keep the work area clean and safe, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess valid 310S or Red Seal certificate and license.
- Candidates should possess practical automotive repair skills, including experience with oil changes and related fluid services.
- Candidates should possess skills in diagnosing and repairing suspension systems and related components to ensure safe vehicle handling.
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician certification or Red Seal endorsement, or eligibility to obtain these credentials.
- Experience working in an automotive shop environment, with familiarity in using diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety standards, and ability to follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to lift and move moderate to heavy vehicle parts as required.
