The position is ideal for a family physician with clinical experience and administrative skills. Collaborate with a clinical team to oversee applicant screening, coordinate clinical assessments, and engage with various health stakeholders to advance PRA-BC's mission. Your insights will help shape policies and enhance program efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and screen applicants for program entry • Ensure quality assurance of Clinical Field Assessments • Develop policies for evaluator training and assessment tools • Forge essential partnerships for PRA-BC’s success • Provide recommendations to the program Steering Committee
Requirements: • Medical Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience • Background in medical administration, preferably in leadership • Familiarity with the PRA-BC program • Valid license with the College of Physicians in BC • High proficiency in communication and collaboration skills
