Become EnPower’s Health and Safety Program Leader, driving compliance and improvement initiatives across all lines of business. This role is pivotal in fostering a proactive safety culture and effective risk management.

As the Health and Safety leader, you will provide oversight of the safety function, aligning health and safety strategies with organizational goals. Regular travel to operational sites is essential to deliver robust support and oversight. You will enhance team capabilities while ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Guide the implementation of health and safety programs • Support compliance with all relevant regulations • Assess organizational health and safety performance • Direct incident management and emergency response efforts • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or similar • 10-15 years of experience in safety management • Leadership in industrial or utility sectors • Proficient in health and safety legislation • Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills
