Role: Enterprise eCRM (Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales) Project Manager

Client Sector: Public Sector / Government Shared Services

Duration: 12 Months (Plus 12-Month Extension Option)

Location: Remote (Atlantic Time hours; candidates in Atlantic/Eastern Canada preferred). Occasional after-hours support; per-diem rate provided if on-site travel is required.

Program Overview

The client is executing a multi-year, multi-department transformation to consolidate legacy systems onto a single Enterprise CRM platform (Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales & Service) using Agile-Iterative delivery. This contracted role serves as the Delivery Project Manager overseeing a dedicated infrastructure slice of the overall program, collaborating with internal Product Management, Business Analysts, and external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Delivery: Lead project execution using Agile-Iterative methodologies, maintaining work plans, schedules, and dependencies in MS Project Online / Azure DevOps.
- Governance & Stakeholders: Stand up governance structures, manage multi-stakeholder relationships across various departments,



and present monthly updates to the Executive Steering Committee.
- Scope & Quality: Define objectives, capture requirements, secure formal sign-offs, and maintain tight change management protocols.
- Risk & Financials: Track project budgets, resource allocations, and own the RAID log (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies).
- Operational Readiness: Plan and execute change management strategy and seamlessly transition deliverables to operational teams.

- Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 10+ years of overall Project Management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (Public Sector preferred).
- CRM Expertise: Direct experience managing at least 3 enterprise COTS CRM implementations, including at least 1 Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales implementation.
- Methodology: Proven track record running configuration-first, Agile-Iterative delivery for enterprise COTS products.
- Tooling & Certifications: Proficient with MS Project Online and Azure DevOps. PMP certification, Change Management credentials, and Public Sector experience are robust assets.
