About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Logistics and Fleet Manager to lead their operations in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves the oversight of all transportation logistics and the management of our vehicle fleet to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. You will develop and implement logistics strategies, manage carrier relationships, and oversee fleet maintenance and operations from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive logistics and fleet management strategies to optimize transportation operations. Manage and oversee the maintenance, repair, and compliance of the company's vehicle fleet. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers. Monitor transportation costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement cost-control measures.



Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Utilize fleet management software and logistics analytics to track performance and drive continuous improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics management , with a significant focus on fleet operations. Proven experience in managing remote teams and operations. Strong understanding of transportation regulations, fleet maintenance, and fuel management. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
