Joining the K5 Seven Oaks Team, you will deliver essential care services to clients experiencing physical or cognitive challenges. Completion of an accredited Health Care Aide course is necessary to perform various caregiving tasks effectively. You will be expected to exhibit critical thinking and decent organizational skills to support your clients adequately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate personal and physical care
• Engage effectively through explicit communication with clients
• Utilize critical thinking skills for care assessment
• Organize daily responsibilities efficiently
• Track care details accurately through electronic charts
Requirements:
• Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Capacity to work with flexibility across shifts
