You will drive safe, productive production of recycled aggregate, supervise frontline teams, and coordinate maintenance and material flow to meet quality and cost targets. We value hands-on leadership, strong safety culture, and collaboration with maintenance, logistics, and plant leadership to enable continuous improvement. Travel up to 20% across AB, MB and SK may be required.
