Freelance Brand Marketing & Campaign Manager – Fashion/Jewelry Position type: Freelance / project-based

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with in-person photoshoot attendance required

Compensation: $35–$40 CAD per hour

Nazzar is a Canadian women-owned jewelry brand creating modern, feminine and trend-forward pieces designed for everyday wear. Our visual direction is premium, editorial and minimal, combining contemporary fashion styling with an effortless coastal feel.

We are looking for a freelance Brand Marketing and Campaign Manager to help plan and execute approximately three major product launches per year.

The Role This role is for someone who can connect creative ideas to a complete launch strategy. You will work directly with the founder to develop each campaign, coordinate its execution and ensure the final content is effectively used across social media, email, the Nazzar website, influencer partnerships and paid advertising.

This is not simply a social media posting position. We are looking for someone who understands fashion branding, product launches, customer acquisition and how strong creative campaigns contribute to sales.

Responsibilities

Develop the overall concept, story and visual direction for each product launch

Create campaign moodboards, launch timelines and marketing plans

Plan how campaign content will be used across Instagram, email, the website and paid advertising

Coordinate photoshoots, including models, photographers, locations, props and styling

Prepare shot lists and campaign deliverable lists

Attend photoshoots and provide creative and styling direction on set

Oversee jewelry placement, layering, outfits and visual consistency

Plan influencer gifting, affiliate partnerships and creator collaborations





Identify suitable Canadian fashion, beauty and lifestyle creators

Plan launch email sequences and promotional messaging

Support basic Meta advertising strategy and creative selection

Organize final campaign assets for different marketing channels

Review campaign results, including engagement, website traffic and sales

Keep projects organized, on schedule and within the approved budget

Ideal Candidate

Experience working with fashion, jewelry, beauty or lifestyle brands

Demonstrated experience planning and executing product launches

Strong visual judgment and understanding of premium fashion branding

Experience with influencer marketing and creator outreach

Understanding of email marketing, Shopify and Meta advertising

Familiarity with Klaviyo is considered an asset

Comfortable coordinating photographers, models and other freelancers

Confident providing direction and making adjustments during photoshootsHighly organized, reliable and able to work within defined budgets

Based in Halifax or able to attend in-person shoots in Halifax

Our Visual Direction Nazzar’s aesthetic is modern, editorial, feminine and minimal. We are inspired by polished European and Scandinavian fashion-jewelry campaigns, styled for the modern Canadian customer. The brand should feel premium and fashion-forward while remaining approachable and wearable.

Project Structure The successful candidate will initially be hired for one product-launch campaign. The first project is expected to require approximately 20–25 hours. If the partnership is successful, there will be an chance to work on approximately three campaigns per year.

Photographers, models, studios and major production expenses will be budgeted separately.
