In this role, you will prepare a variety of doughs and batters while following recipes or custom orders. You’ll also be responsible for baking, decorating cakes, and ensuring all products meet our quality standards. A keen attention to detail is necessary for this physically demanding job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients for pies, breads, and pastries
• Bake and manage production of baked goods
• Create decorative finishes on cakes and cookies
• Conduct inventory organization and maintenance
• Ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education or relevant experience
• 2 to less than 3 years in a baking environment
• Ability to manage heavy loads
• Experience with multiple baking techniques
• Pass a criminal record check
