Northern Health is seeking an Activity Worker to enhance our Home & Community Care team. You will assist in delivering a balanced program of purposeful services to our clients. The position includes monitoring and implementing daily activities that align with our mission, vision, and values, while operating under the supervision of a manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivering purposeful activities for clients
• Support the overall mission and values of Northern Health
• Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures




• Work effectively within a team and under supervision
• Engage clients with diverse interests through activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Activity Worker in assisted living
• Solid understanding of client-centered care principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 16:30
• Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
