We're hiring a Chief of Staff who will work directly alongside the founders, driving critical projects across the business, from research and special projects to new initiatives and partnerships. This person should be a sharp, structured operator with the horsepower to context-switch across the business, the judgment to prioritize what matters most, and the grit to see things through. What You’ll Do

- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the founders, helping drive clarity and prioritization across the company's most important initiatives.
- Lead high-priority research and special projects that inform strategic decisions, from market sizing and competitive analysis to internal process design.
- Drive current initiatives from 0 to 1, scoping the problem, building the plan, and executing alongside relevant teams.
- Ability to jump across multiple orgs and rigorously prioritize / scope out the area (e.g., marketing, partnerships).
- Build the systems, processes, and playbooks that help the company scale efficiently as it grows.
- Dive into ambiguous, high-stakes problems across the business and bring structure, rigor, and a bias for action.
- Represent the founders in select internal and external meetings,



ensuring consistent execution against company priorities.

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5+ yrs overall work experience, with a strong preference for candidates from top-tier management consulting or rigorous, high-performance environments like IB/PE.
- A track record of managing complex, ambiguous projects from scoping through execution, with high standards for rigor and output quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure unfamiliar problems quickly and drive them to a clear answer.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated hustle, grit, and ownership, as well as strong commercial instincts and business judgment, with the ability to evaluate opportunities quickly and effectively.
- Scrappy, data-driven, and you enjoy multi-tasking / being plugged into different parts of the company.
