- Support a fully licensed Condominium Manager in managing a portfolio of condominium properties
- Support day-to-day operations for assigned condominium communities
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to help ensure properties are well maintained and aligned with governing documents, rules, and applicable requirements
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues promptly
- Assist with developing and managing annual budgets for condominium corporations
- Review invoices and support approvals in accordance with internal processes
- Review and interpret monthly financial statements
- Serve as a point of contact for residents and service providers, responding to inquiries and concerns
- Support clear, timely communication with residents, including through the community website where applicable
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to support implementation of policies and decisions
- Coordinate with service providers to support community operations
- Support compliance with condominium requirements and best practices
- Work toward becoming fully licensed over a two-year period while completing required training courses, some outside regular business hours
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must have, or be committed to obtaining, a Condominium General License
- Completion of required courses at the candidate’s cost
- Police record check
- Availability for after-hours emergencies and evening Board meetings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated with a robust drive to learn and grow
- Willingness to learn
Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills while managing condominium operations, including budget development, compliance, and resident relations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and committed to obtaining a Condominium General License.
