We are a top-producing real estate team seeking an exceptional
full-time Licensed Assistant
to provide dedicated administrative and transaction support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of real estate and is looking for a stable, long-term role within a collaborative and growing team.
In this position, your focus will be on supporting our Realtors and clients through every stage of the transaction process. You will coordinate listings, manage paperwork, oversee deadlines, communicate with clients and industry professionals, and help ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is licensed , highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace where priorities can shift quickly. Experience with Paragon, Webforms, Strata documents, and real estate transaction management systems is crucial. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
This role is designed for someone passionate about real estate administration and team support. It is a dedicated Licensed Assistant position and does not include personal lead generation or building an individual client base.

Qualifications
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work with a high degree of accuracy
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
Highly proficient with technology and comfortable working across multiple software platforms and systems
Exercises sound judgment, professionalism, and strict confidentiality in all client and team interactions
Quick learner with the ability to retain and execute complex information, procedures, and instructions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage projects, timelines, and follow-up tasks
Valid BC Driver's License and dependable personal transportation
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive showing and client support throughout the buying and selling process
Execute timely lead follow-up and client communication initiatives
Prepare and coordinate listing packages, contracts, and offer documentation
Analyze and summarize strata documentation for team and client review
Facilitate buyer property tours and showing logistics
Research and compile data to support Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
Oversee transaction milestones to ensure smooth and timely closings
Coordinate marketing preparation for listings, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
Organize and support open house events
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling requirements
Handle administrative support duties and occasional business-related errands
