As a

Snow Removal Crew Leader , you’ll lead and support a

team of 2–3 crew members

during snow events. You’ll ensure all work is completed

safely, efficiently, and to Strathmore’s quality standards , while maintaining team morale and clear communication on-site. When a snowstorm is forecast,

shifts are posted in our mobile app , and you’ll confirm your crew’s availability. Teams meet at our

LaSalle office

and

depart together by truck

to service our

corporate clients across the Montreal area . At the end of each shift, the crew

returns together to the departure point . It’s hands-on, outdoor work — you’ll stay active and lead by example in challenging winter conditions! Major Responsibilities

Complete snow-clearing activities efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe Quality:

Minimum

1 year of experience

supervising a team in a physically demanding environment (landscaping or snow removal an asset) Valid Class 5 driver’s license

with a clean driving record Reliable and punctual

and comfortable working

outdoors in cold, windy, snowy conditions, day or night Must have

reliable transportation

to our

LaSalle office (2288 Rue des Cannes Brûlées)
