Huston Public School (1); Saugeen District SeniorSchool (1)DatesCommencing as soon as possible and ending June 30, 2027, with potential contract renewal based on funding availability and mutual agreementRate$36.27 per hour plus vacation payDuties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the student success of Indigenous students from Saugeen First Nations attending G.C. Huston Public School and Saugeen District Senior School; Work in partnership withBluewater District School Board's Indigenous Advisor, central staff, administrators, and staff at Saugeen District Senior School to establish timely interventions to remove barriers to ensure the well-being, engagement, and learning of Indigenous students; Use existing school structures to advocate for the needs of each learner; Engage with parents, guardians, families, and community partners to build trust, relationships, and facilitate communication and dialogue; Develop collectiveknowledge of educators, provide culturally responsive supports as needed,
