Join our growing RBC Royal Trust team! As part of the Royal Trust group, as the Estate Administrator you will provide timely and accurate support to our valued clients in respect to all aspects of estate administration. For more information, please visit: https://royaltrust.rbcwealthmanagement.com/en Ensure all account information on internal systems is up to date, complete, and accurate Maintain all written, verbal and electronic communication as required with all internal and external contacts Investigate all inquiries and administrative errors and refer more complex issues to the Trust Officer Assist Trust Officers in all administrative functions Understand and follow all RBC processes and policies as required Promptly respond to client calls in the absence of the Trust Officer and answer client inquiries in a professional manner What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Post-secondary education in a related field Royal Trust Estate & Trust Administrator Certificate or the ability to complete within 2 years Nice to Have
Previous experience in the Estate Administration field Previous experience in the Investment Industry Bilingual- English and French What’s in it for you?
