Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated electrical control systems, including PLC programming and HMI design. Develop comprehensive electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts. Perform in-depth troubleshooting and provide remote technical support for complex control system issues. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and software developers,
in a virtual environment. Stay abreast of emerging technologies in automation and controls, recommending and integrating new solutions. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; Master's preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical controls engineering and industrial automation. Expert proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000) and HMI development. Strong knowledge of industrial networking protocols, robotics, and vision systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment . Proven experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives. Benefits
