- Facilitate communication between residents and the condominium board, ensuring that residents are informed about community issues and events.
- Oversee maintenance and repair requests, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare management report and meeting minutes. Follow the instructions from the property manager and coordinate with the management team.
