Overview We are looking for autonomous, results-driven Outbound Recruiting Specialists with strong outbound phone experience to partner with us as Independent Contractors. In this role, you will act as a dedicated phone representative for our clients—prominent real estate brokerages looking to scale their agent rosters.

Rather than managing passive job applications, you will be on the phones executing high-volume outbound calling campaigns to licensed real estate agents, qualifying their interest, and scheduling meetings between top candidates and client brokerages.

Scope of Work

- High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Execute daily cold calling campaigns to licensed real estate agents using provided scripts and call flows.
- Appointment Setting:



Qualify candidate interest and set up recruitment interviews directly on the client brokerage’s calendar.
- Client Account Coordination: Serve as a dedicated liaison for assigned brokerages, aligning on their regional hiring priorities and candidate profiles.
- Metrics & Reporting: Log all call activity daily and provide clear updates on dial volume, connection rates, and booked appointments.

Contractor Requirements

- Outbound Phone Experience (Required): Heavy experience in high-volume cold calling, appointment setting, call center outbound sales, or inside sales. A formal recruiting background is NOT required—we care about phone grit, daily dial volume, and appointment-setting performance.
- Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience in real estate appointment setting, ISA (Inside Sales Agent) roles, administration, or general real estate is a plus, but proven phone grit is the primary requirement.
- Professional Communication: Transparent verbal communication over the phone and a professional, polished demeanor for client video check-ins.
- Geography: Must reside within the United States or Canada.
- Tech Setup: Quiet remote environment, high-speed internet, HD webcam, and a computer compatible with modern web-based dialer tools.

Compensation

- Base Contract Rate: $20.00 USD per hour.
- Bonuses: Additional performance-based bonuses available for completed appointments and client milestone targets.
