At Ledcor Highways Ltd., we are looking for passionate and community-oriented individuals to fill the Seasonal Operator role. This position is perfect for those seeking a stable career in road maintenance, offering contracts lasting up to three years.

You will operate heavy equipment, perform demanding tasks, and contribute to maintaining the safety of the Alaska Highway throughout all seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplows and other heavy machinery
- Maintain the highway and perform seasonal maintenance tasks
- Assist with basic labour duties, including pothole repairs
- Work outside regardless of weather
- Comply with safety protocols and training requirements

Requirements:

- Must have a Class 1 or 3 driver’s license
- Explicit 3-year driving abstract
- Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests
- Previous experience with snowplow trucks preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. as required
