This permanent part-time position focuses on assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in a community residential setting. You will utilize your skills to enhance residents' quality of life through daily activities and interaction.

This role demands both independence and teamwork, along with strong problem-solving abilities in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Support physical and emotional wellness of individuals
- Facilitate social and recreational opportunities
- Apply positive behavior support techniques
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in relevant field
- 1-2 years’ experience with developmental disabilities
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Training in positive behavior support
