Transaction Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist | Calgary, AB (Southeast) | Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Transaction Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist to support the sales team throughout the entire lifecycle of financing transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces, building relationships, managing documentation, and ensuring deals progress efficiently from initial inquiry through funding. The position offers significant exposure to sales, finance, customer service, and business operations, with long-term growth potential.

The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and mentorship while becoming a key point of contact for customers, vendors, lenders, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate equipment financing transactions from initial lead intake through funding.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and deal information within the CRM system.
- Collect, review, and organize supporting documentation required for credit submissions.




- Prepare credit summaries and transaction packages for lender review.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, lenders, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on approvals, conditions, outstanding documents, and funding requirements.
- Manage customer communications by phone and email, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Prepare financing quotes and verify payment structures, documentation, and deal details.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and transaction updates.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate additional business.
- Resolve transaction issues proactively while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all files are complete, compliant, and up to date.

Qualifications

More important than industry experience is the ability to communicate professionally, stay organized, take initiative, and provide exceptional service. Experience in any of the following areas would be considered an asset:

- Customer service
- Sales support
- Transaction coordination
- Financial services
- Equipment financing or leasing
- Banking
- Dealership operations
- Administrative support
- Account coordination

- CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000
- Additional incentive and commission opportunities after 6months.
