- Prepare for a successful career in financial advice through Sun Life’s Advisor Development Program
- Work out of a local Sun Life District office
- Gain knowledge of Sun Life products, tools, processes and practical skills while working directly with Sun Life Clients
- Obtain dual licensing in insurance and mutual funds
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing holistic life, health and wealth solutions to new and existing Clients
- Complete business development activities and identify personal market opportunities
- Execute key activities in preparation for program graduation and launch of an advisor career
- Split time between the Prospr advisor team, reporting to an ADP Sales Manager, and exposure to a standalone advisor role with the local Sun Life District leadership team

Requirements

- History of achievements (qualified, academic, athletics, etc.)
- Strong knowledge and passion for retail insurance and investment products
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Enjoys engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate others to action




- LLQP license or completion of all LLQP course/exam requirements (required)
- Mutual Fund License or course/exam completion (nice to have)
- Business development skills (nice to have)
