As a key member of the Development team, you will report directly to the Vice-President, Development. With over five years of progressive fundraising experience, you will lead strategies for donor cultivation and retention while managing mid-level donor portfolios. Your expertise will drive meaningful relationships with patrons and support fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy and growth of the individual giving program
• Manage a portfolio of mid-level annual donors
• Develop donor acquisition, stewardship, and upgrade strategies
• Conduct donor meetings and cultivation activities
• Identify prospective donors for major gifts
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of fundraising experience
• Success in managing donor portfolios
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with boards and senior leaders
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Tessitura
